Seeing the Lord at Work

Lauren from New Hope OPC in Maryland shares her recent experience at The Boardwalk Chapel.

“I have been coming to the Chapel for 6 years with my youth group. Every year, while being at the Chapel, I love seeing the staff’s infectious love for the Lord. It is such a joy to be able to serve alongside them for the week. While in gospel conversations on the boardwalk, I’ve been able to see the Lord work in the hearts of vacationers. It’s absolutely amazing being able to see how the Holy Spirit uses our words in order for the furthering of the Kingdom of God. Throughout the week that my church serves at the Chapel, it’s been a blessing to be able to see Him work in the hearts of my youth group as well as my own. This year at the Chapel, I’ve learned a lot about grace and I’m hoping that I can fix my eyes on our Father when I get home and less on my sins and failures.”
