Prayer for Short-Term Missions
OPC Short-Term Missions Summer 2024 is underway! Here are some specific ways that you can pray for our teams:
Cross-Cultural Missions Training in Tepic, Mexico (May 18-June 16)
now completed, pray that future missionaries are raised up from this unique experience. (See update below.)
Boardwalk Chapel, Wildwood, NJ
for summer staff as they participate in the evening programs and evangelize on the boardwalk
Japan
for the multiple teams arriving in the next few months including a group of 15 led by Ethan Hunter, a deacon from Cedar OPC in Jennison, MI
OPC Disaster Response
for the Lord’s grace and provision during hurricane season (June-November)
for more volunteers to be raised up
for churches and individuals to prepare for disasters
Puerto Rico Team 1 (June 21-June 28)
for Clay and Brooke Woody, both members of Covenant Community OPC, Taylors, SC as they lead their ten children on this trip. Pray especially for Brooke who is suffering from Lupus and may not be able to make the trip.
